29 Dec 2008 at 9:59 pmApparently, I have issues with the word "birthday". Not so bad when you write "birtday" on a cake order because you can easily fix it. Not so great when a customer brings a floor cake back to the bakery for you to write on while they wait. Even worse, when you mention you have to "fix something a little" and ask them if they can come back at the end of their shop..... ... read more

6 Nov 2008 at 7:29 pmHowling wind here. And it's raining but cold enough to freeze so it's a howling wind spraying ice pellets all over the house. The roads are really slippery tonight and if it doesn't smarten up my kid's school will be cancelled tomorrow. which is ok because I'm working anyway.
